Smash barb and place hook in vise.
Wrap hook from eye to bend with thread.
Tie in several strands of blue dun hackle fibers to make tail.
Tail should be length of hook shaft.
Dub thread with fine olive fur dubbing and wrap hook two-thirds
of the way back to hook eye.
Tie in blue dun hackle by butt. Hackle fibers should be one
and one-half times hook gap length.
